Dr Melad
Dr. Melad Benyamine

I obtained my medical degree from the University of Cairo, Egypt in 1991. I completed specialist training in cardiology via a 5-year experience in the National Heart institute in Cairo, Egypt.

In 1998, I obtained my United State medical degree & licensure and joined the kidney disease and renal transplant unit, at SUNY Downstate Medical Centre, New York City.
I moved to Australia in August 2001 to join Sir Charles Garidner, Hollywood and Joondalup health campus, practicing various medical specialties.
I have transitioned into full-time general practice since 2004, practicing with special interest in cardiology, internal medicine, men’s health, chronic disease management, mental health, skin cancer screening, work injuries, and diabetes.

Dr. Sai-Ling Ho

Dr Ho is AHPRA-accredited as a Medical Practitioner (GP), with an endorsement in acupuncture.

Since graduating in Medicine from the Universities of St Andrews and Manchester (UK) in 2004, Dr Ho has worked throughout Great Britain and Australia. She has broad experience as a hospital doctor and family physician. Interests include women’s health, paediatrics, dermatology, minor procedures and medical acupuncture.

Dr. Amba Roychoudhury

Dr Amba obtained her qualification (MBBS) from India and then went on to complete Fellowship from Royal Australian college of GP. Dr Amba has over 16 years of experience in all aspects of general practice. Dr Amba worked as a GP at Donnybrook ( near Bunbury ) for the past 13 years and at rural South Australia prior to that. Dr Amba’s main interest are in family medicine, women’s health ( incl IUD & implanon) , mental health issues and doing minor skin procedures. Dr Amba is also fluent in Hindi & Bengali.

Dr Cecilia Malmberg

Dr Cecilia Malmberg is a specialist in family medicine and a fellow of the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine with an extensive experience in general practice.
She graduated from the University of Geneva, Switzerland in 1998 and completed a specialist training in family medicine in Switzerland and Sweden. She was the Medical Director of a large medical centre for many years in Sweden before moving to Australia in 2013.
She enjoys all aspects of general medicine.
She has a special interest in paediatrics, women’s health (including antenatal care), cardiology, travel medicine and performs skin cancer checks as well as some minor skin procedures.

Dr. Philip Calderbank

Dr Calderbank graduated from the University of Manchester in 2004. He was initially commissioned into the Royal Army Medical Corps were he served for 11 years and trained in general surgery, entering higher surgical training with membership of the Royal College of Surgeons (England). On leaving the Forces he retrained as a General Practitioner completing time in paediatrics and psychology before moving with his family to Perth.

His interests are gastroenterology, child health, men’s health, mental health, minor surgery and dermatology.

Dr Colin Tay
Dr. Colin Tey

Dr Colin Tey trained in the University of New South Wales, Sydney. He has been practicing as a Family Physician since 2000. Dr Tey has a wide range of medical interests covering all medical aspects of care for the all ages for both men’s health and woman’s health and also special interests in some minor surgical procedures.

Dr. Alya Therwat

Dr Alya Therwat is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, has been working as a specialist family physician.
She has broad experience for more than 23 years in Women’s health, Contraception including IUD and implanon insertion and removal, Chronic Disease Care and Management, Mental Health Conditions, Paediatrics, Dermatology, Skin Cancer Screening, Hormonal Medicine, Aesthetic Medicine, Work Compensation, Musclo-skeletal conditions and many other aspects of family medicine.
She has worked as a hospital doctor in many departments including surgical, obstetrics and gynaecology, paediatric and specialised medical branches before pursuing her career as a GP.

Dr Stephen McChord

Dr McChord graduated in 2004 from the University of Glasgow Medical School with a distinction in clinical skills. He initially trained in General (hospital) Medicine achieving MRCP (UK) in 2007. His focus then switched to General Practice and he attained MRCGP (UK) in 2009. He thoroughly enjoyed working as a Principal GP in Scotland for 5 years before making the big move to Australia.

Dr. Laith Al-Ani

A Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Former overseas experience in specialised surgery.

Special interest in skin cancers and skin lesions management, mole scans and skin checks, dermoscopy and minor surgical procedures.

Also interested in family medicine, chronic diseases management, men’s health, work compensation, mental health issues, paediatrics health and musculoskeletal conditions.

Dr Joel Tan

Australian trained GP with numerous years’ experience in General practice. Special interests include all aspect of General Medicine, including Chronic Disease management, Men’s health, Women’s health, Child Health, Minor procedures.

Dr. Mike Oehlers

A family doctor with 50 years of experience . He is a graduate of UWA and is skilled in the removal of skin lesions both benign and malignant. He specializes in facial tumours and administers anti wrinkle treatments and fillers. He has an interest in all acute medical illnesses, worker’s compensation and motor vehicle accident claims.

Dr. Khowla Basil Therwat

Dr Khowla was born in UK and graduated from medical college in 1999.  She has more than 20 years experience in medicine in total.

Dr khowla has a wide range of medical interests including women’s health, mental health , chronic disease management , paediatrics and preventive medicine.

Dr John Iyamu

I studied medicine at Guy’s & St Thomas’ Hospital, King’s College, London finishing in 1999. I completed my UK GP training in 2004.  I was a GP in Southampton, England for 12 years before moving to Australia in October 2016. I am trained in Dermoscopy and skin cancer surgery with a number of other special interests. I enjoy the mix that general practice offers and the opportunity for continuity of care of my patients. In my spare time, I enjoy swimming, cycling, spending time with family and amateur astronomy. Since moving to Perth I have taken up fishing as well.

Flavia Bises
B.Psych (Hons), M.Psych (Clin.). MACPA

Flavia Bises is a Clinical Psychologist who has a Masters in Clinical Psychology and is a member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association and the Australian Association for Cognitive and Behaviour Therapy (WA Branch).

Flavia works with individuals from the ages of 14 to older adults, assisting them with a range of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, chronic pain, weight management, stress management and dealing with cancer. She employs employ evidence-based strategies including:
* Cognitive behaviour therapy
* Interpersonal psychotherapy
* Solution focused brief therapy
* Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
* Mindfulness based therapies

She has worked in adult community mental health, substance  use rehabilitation settings, and has been a provider of services to clients of Open Arms, the Insurance Commission of WA and of the Cancer Council of WA.
