I obtained my medical degree from the University of Cairo, Egypt in 1991. I completed specialist training in cardiology via a 5-year experience in the National Heart institute in Cairo, Egypt.
In 1998, I obtained my United State medical degree & licensure and joined the kidney disease and renal transplant unit, at SUNY Downstate Medical Centre, New York City.
I moved to Australia in August 2001 to join Sir Charles Garidner, Hollywood and Joondalup health campus, practicing various medical specialties.
I have transitioned into full-time general practice since 2004, practicing with special interest in cardiology, internal medicine, men’s health, chronic disease management, mental health, skin cancer screening, work injuries, and diabetes.

Dr Keith Gillespie

Dr Gillespie trained as a doctor at Bristol University (UK) graduating in 1979. He spent the next 15 years serving as a Medical Officer in the Royal Navy, where he enjoyed 3 years in the submarine service before training as a GP and becoming a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners in 1985. Following his naval service, he became a partner in a suburban general practice in Plymouth where he spent the next 10 years before taking over a village practice in rural Devon. Throughout his time in general Practice, he also worked as Medical Officer to a residential addiction treatment centre and had a variety of management and committee roles in the local health service. He enjoys all aspects of general practice and in particular health promotion, management of chronic medical conditions and elderly care.

Dr Ho is AHPRA-accredited as a Medical Practitioner (GP), with an endorsement in acupuncture.

Since graduating in Medicine from the Universities of St Andrews and Manchester (UK) in 2004, Dr Ho has worked throughout Great Britain and Australia. She has broad experience as a hospital doctor and family physician. Interests include women’s health, paediatrics, dermatology, minor procedures and medical acupuncture.

Dr Amba obtained her qualification (MBBS) from India and then went on to complete Fellowship from Royal Australian college of GP. Dr Amba has over 16 years of experience in all aspects of general practice. Dr Amba worked as a GP at Donnybrook ( near Bunbury ) for the past 13 years and at rural South Australia prior to that. Dr Amba’s main interest are in family medicine, women’s health ( incl IUD & implanon) , mental health issues and doing minor skin procedures. Dr Amba is also fluent in Hindi & Bengali.

Dr Mohsen joined our practice in Nov 2016 . Dr Mohsen has been in General Practice since 2012.  He enjoys a wide range of general practice issues and has a special interest in Medicine, Skin issues, Psychology, Men’s health, Child health and Geriatrics. He has done several research and publications in Skin, Gastrointestinal diseases, Men’s health and back pain. Dr Mohsen consults on a full-time basis.

Dr Stephen McChord

Dr McChord graduated in 2004 from the University of Glasgow Medical School with a distinction in clinical skills. He initially trained in General (hospital) Medicine achieving MRCP (UK) in 2007. His focus then switched to General Practice and he attained MRCGP (UK) in 2009. He thoroughly enjoyed working as a Principal GP in Scotland for 5 years before making the big move to Australia.

Dr Cecilia Malmberg
MD, FACRRM

Dr Cecilia Malmberg is a specialist in family medicine and a fellow of the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine with an extensive experience in general practice.
She graduated from the University of Geneva, Switzerland in 1998 and completed a specialist training in family medicine in Switzerland and Sweden. She was the Medical Director of a large medical centre for many years in Sweden before moving to Australia in 2013.
She enjoys all aspects of general medicine.
She has a special interest in paediatrics, women’s health (including antenatal care), cardiology, travel medicine and performs skin cancer checks as well as some minor skin procedures.

I studied medicine at Guy’s & St Thomas’ Hospital, King’s College, London finishing in 1999. I completed my UK GP training in 2004.  I was a GP in Southampton, England for 12 years before moving to Australia in October 2016. I am trained in Dermoscopy and skin cancer surgery with a number of other special interests. I enjoy the mix that general practice offers and the opportunity for continuity of care of my patients. In my spare time, I enjoy swimming, cycling, spending time with family and amateur astronomy. Since moving to Perth I have taken up fishing as well.

I am a full time GP with a special interest in Dermatology and minor operations. I hold the following qualifications: MRCGP (UK), FRACGP (Aus), Dip Occ Med (UK), DRCOG (UK), Dip Derm (UK) and Dip Therapeutics (UK). I also hold certificates in Advanced Dermoscopy (Aus), Aesthetic Medicine (Aus) and have attended courses in advanced skin operations.

I qualified from Trinity College in 1992. I have experience of the following medical specialities: Oncology/Radiotherapy (Ireland), General Medicine (UK), Anaesthetics and ITU Medicine (UK), Psychiatry (UK), Emergency Medicine (UK) and Obstetrics and Gynaecology (UK). I was a GP Partner in the UK for 3 years. While a GP Partner I also worked in a Children’s Hospice (3 years) and was also a part time Forensic Medical Examiner (4 years). I was a tutor and examiner for the Diploma in Dermatology, Cardiff University, Wales, UK for 1 year. I perform cosmetic procedures and am passionate about this specialty.

I worked in the Royal Air Force (UK) for 5 years. I was a Senior Medical Officer holding the rank of Squadron Leader. During my commission with the RAF I was deployed to Iraq, Afghanistan and the Falkland Islands. I have experience of Aeromedical Evacuation of casualties and was part of an Incident Response Team (IRT) involved with the management and transport of casualties by helicopter in Iraq. I hold a commendation by the General Officer Commanding for my contribution to the IRT. During this time I held certificates in Advanced Trauma Life Support and Advanced Life Support.

I have been a GP in Australia since 2010. I have worked in a rural community as well as semi-rural settings. I have held admitting rights to hospitals in South Australia and now work in the wonderful city of Perth. I have many sporting interests and enjoy cooking.

I was born and raised in the UK and studied to become a Doctor at the University of Manchester Medical School, graduating in 2007. With 11 years of extensive medical work under my belt, I am an experienced physician. I did my GP training in the UK and have worked in both UK and Australian hospitals.

My areas of special interest include; Paediatrics, Chronic Disease Management, Mental Health, Sports Medicine, Obesity Management, Men’s Health and Skin Conditions. I also have a special interest in Aesthetic Medicine and administer anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers.

I have always been passionate about being a family physician and have lots of experience working as a family doctor. With English as my first language, I pride myself on my excellent communication skills with my patients. My aim is to cultivate long term relationships with patients, providing mutually agreed treatment plans with great follow up and after care. I want my patients to know I’m always there for them.

Outside of medicine I am a dedicated husband and father to two wonderful boys. Having young children means I know first hand how difficult having sick little ones can be and am always happy to answer any question, no matter how big or small. I am a fitness and sports enthusiast, supporting Manchester United and playing for the British Medical Football Team (that’s soccer to you Aussies!). One of my most cherished memories is the year we won the Doctors World Cup, scoring the winning goal in the process.
